Expedition first aid course

A comprehensive two day course combining a stand alone HSE emergency first aid at work course with the knowledge and skills to stay healthy and happy in remote environments.

Who should attend?

Anyone travelling to remote environments whether alone or as part of an expedition

·         Complete emergency first aid at work course (HSE approved)

Assessment and certification

Continuous assessment. HSE emergency first aid at work certificate valid for 3 years. Expedition first aid certificate valid for 3 years.


Diving first aid course


This course will provide helpful tips and life saving information for divers of any level. Our instructor is a 

BSAC Advanced instructor and PADI Master Instructor with experience of 2000 dives all over the world. She 

is also a fully qualified medic.

Divers of any level wishing to gain or improve their understanding of diving related first aid issues
